Inniskillin Winery
Begin where Canadian wine began. Inniskillin is Niagara-on-the-Lake’s original estate winery and the house that carried Canadian Icewine to the world. Settle in for a guided tasting of the estate’s VQA portfolio, finishing with the golden Icewine that made the region’s name, served alongside an artisanal charcuterie board. Your host will explain how Niagara’s cool climate and lake-tempered soil produce wines you won’t find anywhere else. One full hour, completely unhurried.
Reif Estate Winery
A short drive along the Niagara Parkway brings you to Reif Estate, a family winery founded in 1982 on vines first planted in 1977. Here you head behind the scenes on a guided walking tour — from the estate vineyard to the working cellar — tasting three of Reif’s signature wines along the way. It’s the most hands-on hour of the day and one of the friendliest: the Reif family has been welcoming visitors to this stretch of the Parkway for more than forty years.
Niagara-on-the-Lake Old Town
We park at Fort George and turn you loose in what may be the prettiest small town in Canada. You have 70 minutes to explore Queen Street entirely on your own — heritage storefronts, the restored Victorian counters of the Niagara Apothecary, the Prince of Wales Hotel, chocolate shops, sidewalk patios and the clock tower at the centre of it all. Pick up a bite, pick up a souvenir, or simply walk it. Your guide will point out the best of it before you step off the coach.
Peller Estates Winery
Finish the day at Peller Estates, where a long tree-lined drive opens onto one of Niagara’s grandest winery houses. Take a seat for a guided tasting of four VQA wines from the Peller portfolio, led by a wine consultant who will help you find the bottle you want to take home. The estate boutique is the last stop of the afternoon — anything you buy rides back to your hotel with you on the coach, so leave a little room in your bag.

Every tasting is booked and paid for before you arrive. There’s no waiting at a crowded bar and no deciding which experience to choose at each estate — you walk in, you’re expected, and you sit down. Between wineries, your guide fills in the history of the Parkway, the escarpment and the vineyards you’re driving past.
Not everyone in the party has to be drinking. Guests who aren’t tasting travel at a reduced rate and still get the whole day — the coach, the guide, the grounds and cellar tour at Reif, the full 70 minutes in Old Town, and a seat at the table at every estate. Everyone on board is still 19 or over; this is a winery day rather than a family outing. But nobody has to drink to enjoy it.

And whatever you fall for comes home with you. Bottles bought at any of the three estates travel back on the coach and are dropped at your hotel along with you.
